This week hasn't started out so great. I have pinkeye and Saturday it looked like someone punched me in the face. Yesterday morning it really wasn't much better so I went to the eye doctor. He gave me some drops and I am back behind my computer at work today but haven't had the most motivating day!
Needless to say, I haven't really planned a menu for the week. I cooked hamburger steaks, squash and baked potatoes last night just because that was easy to make. I'll probably throw something easy together again tonight.
